Costco Tire Service Center

If you need tires and want to be treated with the up most respect, come to Costco Tire Center! As you can see, I was one drive away from having a major problem and potentially having my tire blow out. Upon coming in and expressing what Walmart Auto mentioned the concern might be, Trevor immediately walked me outside to check my vehicle and made an assessment. It was divine intervention that they had 3 tires left in stock to purchase, and he was even able to get me an appointment same day knowing the severity of the tire! I didn’t get to thank him when I came back for my appointment but I was then greeted by a few other gentleman that helped inform me what was going on. Chevy explained another problem that I was experiencing with a swollen lug nut, and Thomas was so sweet to pull my car up, he even helped me load my car with an entirely full cart of groceries. I will definitely be coming back because I can’t say enough good things about this place. ALL OF THESE MEN DESERVE A RAISE!

Received the best price on the tires I could find locally, but despite having an appointment I waited over an hour just to have them take my vehicle into the garage and then another 1.5 hours for the new tires to be installed. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt… maybe they were short- staffed that day. Alas, no! When I brought the car in for the first tire rotation same thing…..waited an exorbitantly long time for them to even take my car into the garage despite having an apppointment. I will never buy tires at Costco again. My time is too precious for them to not honor appointment times.

Bought 2 new back tires for my van. Great employees, super friendly. It was easy to set an appointment and order online.

1. Excessive paperwork - it is nearly 2025, yet they use archaic, outdated business processes requiring 5-10 pieces of paper for just a tire rotation. 2. Long wait times. Appointments are usually 1/2 - 1 hour behind. 3. New, nitpicking managers will refuse to patch or plug your tire and honor your road hazard warranty, and will pressure you to buy new tires, if a puncture isn't perfectly located. They cite "guidelines" or rules that other tire shops or even your dealer don't follow. They exaggerate wear measurements and will refuse to rotate your tires if they feel it is unsafe, despite there being significant tread left. In short, the hassle, friction, and frustation at this tire center is not worth the minimal discount you might get.

Had a 1 o'clock appointment for 4 new tires. Dropped the car off at a few minutes before appointment time and was told it would be ready in one hour. Didn't walk out of there until 3:30. Prices were fine, but not worth the extra time. Would not recommend. I will shop locally next time.
